At Sailorgirl Kristina (operated by Bluhm Enterprises, LLC), I’m dedicated to ensuring your orders sail smoothly, no matter where you are. Below is everything you need to know about shipping:
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
USA and Europe
Free Shipping on all orders!
Estimated Delivery Times:
USA: 3-7 business days (Standard Shipping)
Europe: 5-10 business days (Standard Shipping)
Rest of the World
Shipping fees are $6.99 for the first item, with reduced rates for additional items (depending on the item).
Estimated Delivery Times:
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days (depending on your location)

3. International Shipping
I ship worldwide! Please note, shipping fees outside the USA and Europe are set at $6.99 for the first item, with reduced costs for additional items. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs Fees & Import Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are not included in the shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at captain@sailorgirlkristina.com, and I’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs, weather, or other factors outside of my control. I’ll keep you informed of any significant delays with your order.
