Return Policy
At Sailorgirl Kristina (operated by Bluhm Enterprises, LLC), I want you to love your purchase! All of my products are fulfilled by Printful, which means each item is made on-demand just for you. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging.
Please Note:
Since all products are custom-made, they are final sale unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Start a Return
If your item is eligible for a return, email me at captain@sailorgirlkristina.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. I’ll guide you through the process, and Printful will handle the return for any faulty items.

3. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected by Printful, I’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at captain@sailorgirlkristina.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos, and I’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made and print-on-demand products (fulfilled by Printful) are final sale unless damaged or defective.
- Digital products.
- Items marked as "final sale."
